You and your pet will be greeted by a member of our team. A veterinary assistant or technician will assess to ensure your pet is stable.
During times of high patient volume, critical cases take priority and any unstable patients are immediately taken to the treatment area to be examined by our veterinarian. If your pet is stable, we will have you fill out a client information form.
A clinical team member will take your pet’s vitals and collect a history. Next, one of our Emergency Veterinarians will complete a nose to tail physical examination.
Based on their findings you will be presented with a treatment plan outlining: diagnostics, medications, treatments and the costs associated with those procedures.
